We like to keep things pretty simple, and our returns policy is no different.
If something is off, we’ll get it sorted right away and make sure things are as easy as possible.

Perfect Fit Guarantee
Order your wiper blades risk free. If they don't fit perfectly we’ll organise a fast and easy exchange or refund.
Product Issues
Physical Defect
It’s rare, but if your wipers arrive damaged or a fault develops within 1 year of delivery, send us a quick photo showing the issue.
We’ll happily send you a replacement via express post.
If we need the wipers returned, we’ll cover return postage.
Performance
If your new wipers are streaking, squeaking or smearing, start by giving both the windscreen and wipers a clean with warm water — it usually does the trick.
If the issue sticks around, just let us know. We’ll send out a fresh set via express post.
Return shipping? On us, of course.
Delivery & Fitment Issues
We’ll also organise a replacement or refund when:
- Products arrive damaged or is missing in transit
- The blades are an incorrect fit for your vehicle (unless the you accidently purchased the wrong items from the site — in which case, we may ask you to cover return postage)

Change of Mind Returns
If your wipers are unused and still in original condition, you’ve got 30 days to send them back for a refund.
We’ll just ask you to cover return shipping. Easy.
